El CE CoE Manager es el líder del Customer Engagement & Digital Center of Excellence (CoE). Este equipo posee las capacidades, herramientas y procesos sobre los que se construye la estrategia de Experiência de Cliente y Omnicanalidad, y como tal, su líder es un miembro clave del equipo de liderazgo de Innovación.

Este es un profesional con un profundo conocimiento de todas las nuevas herramientas digitales de MKG con visión para innovar e integrar los canales físicos con los digitales de una manera verdaderamente omnicanal. Incluye la responsabilidad gerencial de un equipo de profesionales diversos y requiere una asociación comercial con múltiples partes interesadas, incluidos los líderes ejecutivos sénior y la alta gerencia a nível nacional y mundial.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en administración de empresas, consultoría, publicidad o un campo relacionado para trabajar en marketing digital y experiência/compromiso con el cliente.
Más de 5 años de experiência en roles similares en la industria farmacéutica u otras industrias (liderando un equipo de transformación digital, participación del cliente o estrategia omnicanal)
Experiência laboral comprobada en marketing digital y experiência demostrable liderando y administrando SEO/SEM, base de datos de marketing, correo electrónico, redes sociales y/o campañas de publicidad gráfica.
Experiência en la optimización de activos digitales y embudos de usuarios y en el desarrollo y trabajo con segmentación de clientes, modelos de propensión y personas / viajes de clientes.
Experiência comprobada en entornos omnicanal
Experiência con pruebas A/B y multivariadas y sólidos conocimientos de herramientas de análisis de marketing y sitios web (p. ej., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Amplio conocimiento del diseño efectivo de encuestas y experiência trabajando con plataformas de encuestas en línea (especialmente Qualtrics)

Imprescindible poseer Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
