The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive customer engagement and success by guiding our OTA and Airline clients through the entire sales process and beyond.

  • You will build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
  • You will support the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining long-term customer engagement.
  • You will onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • You will regularly engage with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and how our solutions can support their success.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing trusted advisor relationships.
  • You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track and drive customer outcomes.
  • You will proactively address customer concerns, troubleshooting issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • You will identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.
  • You will partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and customer engagement.
  • You will monitor customer usage patterns and feedback to drive proactive account management.
  • You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and engagement metrics.
