Cómo Brand Manager Lead diseñarás e implementarás la estrategia de marketing global, asegurando la consistencia y alineación de los mensajes en todos los puntos de contacto de la marca, contribuyendo a aumentar las ventas y alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

¿Qué buscamos?

Al menos 5-7 años de experiência cómo manager de marketing y comunicación, planifición estratégica de marketing o un puesto similar

Formación académica de Marketing, comunicación, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o similar.

Dominio de ingles y español. Otros idiomas serán un plus

Habilidades organizativas, de gestión del tiempo y capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas, cumpliendo con los plazos y proyectos de manera simultánea

Orientación al cliente y a los resultados

Disponibilidad para viajar

Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno acelerado que cambia constantemente, trabajando bajo presión

Comunicación oral y escrita efectiva y sólidas habilidades interpersonales

Tus funciones principales serán

Ser el punto de referencia con el equipo de Brand Managers haciendo seguimiento del cumplimientos de objetivos y planes de marca establecidos

Liderar las iniciativas de marca y al equipo de Brand Managers

Trabajar con diferentes áreas, elaborando los briefings necesarios de los diferentes planes propuestos para llevarlos a cabo de manera conjunta

Diseñar los calendarios de planificación para llevar a cabo los planes de marca

Relación y colaboración con agencias de producción, media etc

Activaciones puntuales de eventos y acciones concretas en Flagships y puntos de referencia

Activaciones locales y continuas en las principales tiendas de los mercados principales, asegurándose del cumplimiento de los diferentesmensajes de la marca

Analizar el comportamiento de los consumidores de cada mercado, tendencias y competidores
