**En tu puesto de trabajo tendrás la siguiente misión**:

- Controlar el cumplimiento de la política, normas y procedimientos de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales en todas las áreas de la Refinería para proteger a las personas e instalaciones de acuerdo con la normativa del Grupo bp y de la legislación nacional, autonómica y local en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.

**En tu puesto de trabajo tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades y tareas asignadas**:

- Formar parte del Servicio de Prevención de la refinería bp en Castellón.
- Asesorar a todos los trabajadores de bp y empresas contratistas concurrentes en el centro de trabajo en materia de seguridad y salud.
- Colaborar en la actualización de las evaluaciones de riesgos de los puestos de trabajo de bp, identificación de medidas preventivas y en la planificación de la actividad preventiva.
- Participar en evaluaciones de riesgos mediante la metodología HITRA para trabajos en planta.
- Ejercer el rol de especialista de Gestión de Trabajos (_CoW - Control of Work_) participando en el Comité de CoW, realizando las formaciones para los roles definidos en la política CoW, desarrollando la documentación asociada y mantenimiento los sistemas de gestión de evaluación de riesgos de trabajos actualizados.
- Promover comportamientos seguros y la correcta utilización de los equipos de protección individual y de los equipos de trabajo, así como realizar actuaciones preventivas (orden, limpieza, señalización...) mediante de vigilancia de trabajos en planta y realización de observaciones preventivas de seguridad de forma diaria en trabajos rutinarios, de paradas programadas y de proyectos.
- Participar en auditorías, inspecciones y pruebas de seguridad para promover el cumplimiento en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo y/o actualización de nuevas prácticas y procedimientos relacionados con la seguridad y salud y la prevención de riesgos laborales.
- Participar en los Comités de investigación y evaluación de incidentes y accidentes.
- Preparar y coordinar campañas y acciones de formación del personal de refinería (empleados y contratistas) en materia de seguridad y salud y prevención de riesgos laborales.
- Participar y preparar documentación para los diferentes Comités de Seguridad de la Refinería, así como asistir como representante de Seguridad a los mismos.

**Requisitos del puesto**:

- Formación académica en tecnologías industriales:
- Mínima de ciclo medio o superior relacionados con actividades industriales tales como las familias de electricidad y electrónica, instalación y mantenimiento, seguridad y medio ambiente, química industrial, fabricación mecánica y producción en plantas industriales.- Deseable de grado en ingeniería industrial, química, electricidad, mecánica o similar.- Formación académica como Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales:
- Mínimo nível intermedio.- Deseable nível superior con al menos especialidad de Seguridad en el trabajo- Nível medio de inglés.
- Experiência previa mínima de 5 años en sectores industriales. Deseable experiência en sector refino o petroquímico.
