**Mission of the position**:
Oversees compliance with the quality standards established for the different hotel departments and ensures that all brand and operational manuals are updated and adapted to the idiosyncrasies of each hotel.

**What are we looking for?**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a hotel or Corporate Office.
- University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or other relevant university education for the position.
- Global and strategic vision, results, and customer orientation, change management, influence and negotiation, leadership, and teamwork.
- Advanced level of English, third language desirable
- Commitment to live in Barcelona
