Company Description

Additives International, one of 80+ business units owned by of ITW, manufactures and supplies specialty and innovative chemicals for the automotive aftermarket. Additives International manufacture products in Spain and Belgium, and commercialize around the globe serving markets in Europe, Middle East, Russia, Asia and Africa.

**Job Description**:

- Receive and process orders for customers and ensure the fastest possible delivery to these customers, as well as timely invoicing.
- Follow-up from order to delivery.
- Contribute to an outstanding purchasing experience for our customers

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receipt of orders and input in the system, monitor from order to delivery, contribute to a timely delivery of orders;
- Communicate internally with Production, Planning and Sales regarding potential issues, solutions or opportunities;
- First point of contact for customers and colleagues concerning questions, opportunities and issues;
- Create and follow up customer complaints;
- Back-up for the distributors orders;
- Other possible tasks associated with the sales administration.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in logistics with commercial feeling.
- You express yourself fluently in English (native level) and Spanish. French is a plus.
- You can communicate at different levels, both outside and within the organization.
- You can easily handle Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and you preferably have experience with an ERP package.
- You are a dynamic graduate or you have a first work experience in a similar role.
- You are willing to make occasional trips.
- Collaborative style, team player. You are highly communicative and customer-oriented.
- You have a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
- You are eager to learn, you can absorb a lot of information and you know how to set priorities.
- You can deal with deadlines and work efficiently and accurately.
- You are driven and have a positive attitude.
- You work autonomously with the necessary team spirit.

- Contract type/offer: permanent contract (possibility to start with a temporary contract). Interns/Apprentices welcomed too.
