En Talent Logistics, la consultoría de referencia en Adquisición y Gestión de Talento para la industria logística, estamos trabajando en una posición vacante, vinculada a la gestión operativa y atención al cliente de servicios de transporte intermodal para un proveedor de servicios, referente en este área de actividad.

Se trata de una compañía con un gran know-how y estructura para la gestión de transporte intermodal y terrestre (nacional e internacional). El perfil que se pretende incorporar es el de una persona que haya completado sus estudios de formación profesional en Comercio Internacional o Logística y Transporte y que esté iniciando su carrera profesional en el sector. La posición permitirá aprender, desde una perspectiva práctica, las claves del servicio de intermodalidad en un operador de transporte.

Puedes revisar a continuación las principales funciones del puesto:

- Gestión operativa del transporte de contenedores por vía terrestre (camión y ferrocarril), entendiendo las necesidades de cada cliente y ofreciendo una respuesta adecuada, de acuerdo con las herramientas y procesos de la compañía para la prestación de servicio.
- Interlocución, tanto con proveedores de transporte como con agentes y clientes para garantizar la fluidez en la cadena de suministro, permitiendo la gestión de recogidas y entregas, en tiempo y forma.
- Apoyo a la compañía en el diseño de soluciones logísticas que permitan incrementar el valor añadido del servicio y optimizar la cadena de suministro de los clientes.
- Alineamiento y comunicación eficiente con otras áreas de la organización, como Ventas u Operaciones, con quienes existen responsabilidades compartidas.
- Uso adecuado de la información y de las herramientas de la compañía para el análisis de datos, el seguimiento de indicadores y la consecución de objetivos en el ámbito de responsabilidad de esta posición.
- Seguimiento de los programas de la compañía en materia de Compliance y Confidencialidad de Datos en todo los referente a la posición Customer Service Transporte Intermodal.
