As a Research role, this position presents an exciting possibility to contribute to the latest advancements in the medical field.

This is a parental cover role starting from June 2024 until February 2025.

**Location**:
Madrid with upto 25% travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support medical affairs initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement medical strategies
- Stay updated on the latest scientific literature and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in the planning and organization of medical conferences, symposiums, and other events
- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to drive collaboration and knowledge exchange
- Offer medical knowledge and assistance to individuals both within and outside the organization.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably in Medicine, or pharmaceutical sciences. Equivalent experience in haematology is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in medical affairs haematology
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Fluent in English and Spanish
