**Ihre Aufgabe**

Unterstützen Sie Endkunden (3D-Servicebüros und Unternehmenskunden), Vertriebspartner und die Servicemitarbeiter des Kunden bei der Lösung technischer Probleme mit 3D-Druckern und beschleunigen Sie die Akzeptanz der Produkte des Kunden, indem Sie einen Wettbewerbsvorteil durch eine schlanke Support-Erfahrung auf dem 3D-Druckmarkt schaffen.
Das Team der Remote Support Engineers (RSE) ist Teil der Global Care Center-Organisation innerhalb von 3D Solution Services und verantwortlich für die Lösung technischer Probleme unserer Kunden aus der Ferne, die Identifizierung der erforderlichen Teile und die Bequemlichkeit der Entsendung eines Field Services Engineer (FSE) zur Reparatur des Produkts vor Ort.

Die schnelle und effektive Lösung von Problemen aus der Ferne führt zu einem guten Kundenerlebnis und optimiert die Produktivität der Geräte unserer Kunden. Der RSE arbeitet eng mit unseren Contact Center Agents, Competency Center Engineers und Field Support Engineers zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die richtige Lösung zur richtigen Zeit geliefert wird.

Der 3D-Drucker-Supporttechniker arbeitet in der Regel mit unseren Kunden über Remote-Tools (Telefon, E-Mail und Remote Access SW) zusammen und verfolgt das Problem, bis es gelöst ist.

Die Effizienz und Effektivität der vom RSE bereitgestellten Lösungen sind der Schlüssel zum Erreichen unserer Unternehmensziele in Bezug auf Kundenerfahrung, Qualität und Kosten.
