We are looking for a Games Assistant to coordinate and maintain the activities of the game and to be our main point of contact with suppliers.

If you are a recent graduate, have just completed your internship or are in your first year of professional experience, this opportunity may be interesting for you.

**You will**:

- Coordinate, create and schedule game releases for clients in order to achieve the objectives of the project. Maintain and keep updated all the information regarding games and inform clients of any changes necessary.
- Organise and distribute needed information and materials.
- Test games and report problems occurring.
- Ensuring that the whole games catalogue is well configured and functional.
- Assist in the creation of marketing tools.
- Maintain supported documentary records.
- Liaise with our providers to assist them with their needs.
- Work closely with and report to the Game Manager.

**You are**:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Motivated, responsible and have a positive personality
- Organised, methodical and thorough.
- With an excellent team spirit and good communication skills
- Responsible and proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
