Your goal will be to coordinate the execution of multichannel CRM campaigns for our main videogame community, Mundigames.

Your mission
- Operate the CRM tools required to configure, deploy and maintain multichannel CRM campaigns for Mundigames
- Ensure the quality and highest level of deliverability for each channel by validating all campaigns before release
- Work closely with the analytics team to report on performance indicators such as contact rates, player activity, and spending patterns

**Profile**:

- Have recently graduated or be currently enrolled in a higher education program related to marketing, CRM or a related field.
- Ability to work with remote colleagues.
- Able to work autonomously and with tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver at a high level.
- Passion for the gaming industry.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Spanish and English;
