We are a creative production and post production house. We differ from most production companies in having our own in-house post-production studio, with animation as our distinctive touch. This allows us to control the entire process without limiting our creativity.

Only this way can we ensure that the final result will be exactly as we imagined. Despite being a young company, we have a wide international scope that has led us to work for clients such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Riot Games, Gatorade or Columbia Records.

**You will**:

- Be in charge to keep up to day the Schedule in NIM (TOIL, Holidays, Absence, Projects, Training)
- Data entry into NIM
- Checking daily the schedule is correct.
- Communicating with Producers to check the schedule is correct.
- Responsible for keeping track of the overtime or early leaves of the team
- Support Operations with follow ups in the implementation of new protocols with the team
- Support to managing team in post production in any requirements
- Occasionally cover night shifts (starting later on those days) so the team has taxis, dinner and other needs covered as well as being responsible for closing the office
- Research when required for project pitches
- Taking notes in meetings. Keeping all databases, documents up to date for Wiki if updates are needed flagging this with Production
- Liaising with Office management for Production needs, courier, food orders etc
- Runner's duties.
- Occasionally needing to deliver or collect items, eg. hard drives, cameras etc

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Communications, Graphic Design or related studies (media, tv, animation, VFX, etc)
- Desired experience in the postproduction industry
- Fluent Spanish Intermediate level of English
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same role or similar
