- Más de 8 años de experiência en startups digitales, consultoras punteras o empresas CPG. - Conocimiento 360 de los negocios de ecommerce. - Conocimientos de marketing. - Habilidades analíticas y operativas, con capacidad de seguimiento y análisis de campañas de marketing, mejoras operativas y otras iniciativas para mostrar un ROI demostrable. - Gestionar la competencia y las amenazas en el ecommerce, con una evaluación constante de la estructura financiera, la estrategia de capital y las prioridades estratégicas. - Orientación a todas las áreas funcionales, incluyendo operaciones, ventas y producto. - Mentalidad emprendedora. - Excelentes dotes de comunicación y oratoria. - Pasión por el sector digital. - Por último, pero no por ello menos importante: sentido del humor, actitud positiva y ganas de trabajar.
