**This is what you see yourself doing?**

To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a Managing Director for Spain & France. You will be part of our European Management team and will work together with other Directors to ensure alignment and evolution across all business units.

Your responsibilities will include both strategic leadership and people management. You’ll report to our CEO Gille.

**How will you do this?**
- You will have the direct responsibility for the **local Go-to-Market** (Sales and Operations), supported by our centralized Marketing team in Belgium;
- You will **manage and coach the local team leaders** by providing them **guidance** and direction to achieve the **growth** of the local entities;
- As Managing Director Spain & France, you will ensure **engagement and connection** to the other business units within the group with the support of a centralized People team;
- You will actively contribute to **the growth of a HUB** for the entire Protime group in Spain;
- You understand and support the company’s growth objectives and **entrepreneurial mindset** and act on it;
- You **collaborate** with the Management team to ensure that all business units move in the same direction, **share best practices**, and **continuously improve**;
- You have a **budget and growth rate responsibility** which you follow-up closely and you guide the team leaders to **reach the objectives**.

**This is you?**
- You have **experience in managing role**, preferably in an **agile environment**;
- You have experience in **software/It consultancy;**:

- **Strong coaching abilities** to drive individual development and growth within the departments;
- You have an agile **growth mindset**. You’re able to quickly and **effectively** **address challenges and changes** within the team, make informed decisions, and **drive results**;
- You handle changing circumstances and **growth expectations **of the company;
- You have good **organizational skills** to plan, prioritize, and coordinate the work of the teams;
- Your excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills** allow you to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across boundaries;
- Given the **international context**, we expect a perfect knowledge of **English, Spanish** and **French.**
- You don’t mind to **travel **for work; you will be present mostly in our offices in Barcelona and Paris but also in the other offices, like our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium).
