Join our TUI Musement Internal Communications Team as an Internal Communication and Engagement Manager to drive engagement, facilitate change, support leaders with communication best practice and create informative and exciting content that supports the company strategy.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Provide communication support to embed the vision, purpose, values, and strategy model across the global organisation
- Facilitate and support the sharing of information, ideas, and best practice across the entire business
- Collaborate with TUI Group Internal Communication Teams to align internal communication activity, processes and Group initiatives
- Provide internal communication counsel and guidance to key stakeholders
- Plan, create and deliver digital and traditional content for the business and tailor the communications to suit
- Provide oversight, management, and content for key virtual and face to face forums, helping to shape the agenda, prepare materials and share outputs
- Develop internal communication strategies and communication plans to support company-wide initiatives and launches
- Develop two-way channels and forums to communicate news and information and gather feedback for continual learning and improvement
- Adapt complex information, identifying key messages and translating into compelling copy
- Line manage, mentor and guide Internal Communication Specialist(s)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Communications related education desirable - alternatively solid communications industry experience
- Global internal communications experience
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Experience communicating to a large and diverse audience
- Experience leading a complex internal communications project from start to finish
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Planning, moderating and hosting live events
- People management experience
- Proactive and comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Personable and approachable
- Strong networker and experience developing long-lasting relationships
- Great attention to detail
- Experience participating in, or delivering, successful change programmes
