About the JobProvide communication support to embed the vision, purpose, values, and strategy model across the global organisation. Facilitate and support the sharing of information, ideas, and best practice across the entire business. Collaborate with TUI Group Internal Communication Teams to align internal communication activity, processes, and Group initiatives. Provide internal communication counsel and guidance to key stakeholders. Plan, create, and deliver digital and traditional content for the business and tailor the communications to suit. Provide oversight, management, and content for key virtual and face-to-face forums, helping to shape the agenda, prepare materials, and share outputs. Develop internal communication strategies and communication plans to support company-wide initiatives and launches. Develop two-way channels and forums to communicate news and information and gather feedback for continual learning and improvement. Adapt complex information, identifying key messages and translating them into compelling copy. Line manage, mentor, and guide Internal Communication Specialist(s).
About YouWe are looking for a professional with communications related education or solid communications industry experience. You should have global internal communications experience, excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and experience communicating to a large and diverse audience. You should also have experience leading a complex internal communications project from start to finish, strong stakeholder engagement experience, and planning, moderating, and hosting live events. People management experience is also required. You should be proactive and comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines, personable and approachable, a strong networker, and have great attention to detail. Experience participating in, or delivering, successful change programmes is a plus.
