About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communication Manager to join our TUI Group team. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for driving engagement, facilitating change, and supporting leaders with communication best practices.

About the Job

As a Strategic Communication Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing communication support to embed the vision, purpose, values, and strategy model across the global organisation
  • Facilitating and supporting the sharing of information, ideas, and best practice across the entire business
  • Collaborating with TUI Group Internal Communication Teams to align internal communication activity, processes, and Group initiatives
  • Providing internal communication counsel and guidance to key stakeholders
  • Planning, creating, and delivering digital and traditional content for the business and tailoring the communications to suit
  • Providing oversight, management, and content for key virtual and face-to-face forums, helping to shape the agenda, prepare materials, and share outputs
  • Developing internal communication strategies and communication plans to support company-wide initiatives and launches
  • Developing two-way channels and forums to communicate news and information and gather feedback for continual learning and improvement
  • Adapting complex information, identifying key messages, and translating into compelling copy
  • Line managing, mentoring, and guiding Internal Communication Specialist(s)

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communication Manager who has:

  • Communications-related education desirable - alternatively solid communications industry experience
  • Global internal communications experience
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience communicating to a large and diverse audience
  • Experience leading a complex internal communications project from start to finish
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience
  • Planning, moderating, and hosting live events
  • People management experience
  • Proactive and comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Personable and approachable
  • Strong networker and experience developing long-lasting relationships
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience participating in, or delivering, successful change programmes
