IE University is seeking a Program Assisstant to contribute to our cutting-edge educational initiatives within the Science & Technology department The Program Assistant role is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a smooth running of the Program.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid.

- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a set of Graduate Programs degrees and ensuring the quality of our programs.
- Work with diverse stakeholders including students, professors, and IE staff (planning, documentation, etc.
- Manage the logistics of the program deliveries: caterings, organisation of extracurricular events (dinners, visits, etc.) and travel arrangements.
- Process expense reports, liaise and coordinate with other departments (Administration, Registrar, Planning, Careers ).
- Compile and update databases with student information.
- Contribute to the preparation and edition of internal reports.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency helpful, but not required.
- Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
- Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment, enjoy interacting with students and provide outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (is an asset).
