**Team Leader, Leads Management Team.**

**¿Tienes sólida experiência liderando equipos de Contact Centers con operaciones para múltiples mercados y estás en disposición de enfrentarte a nuevos desafíos?**

**Este es tu rol en MSX**

**Objetivo del puesto**:
La función principal de Team Leader será gestionar un equipo multilingüe de agentes de Leads Management, cuya función principal es la de cualificación de leads, conversión de clientes potenciales en ventas mediante la implementación de campañas de Outbound Sales.

**Responsabilidades de Team Leader**:

- Liderar al equipo de agentes para lograr sus objetivos.
- Revisión de KPIs y SLAs del proyecto.
- Desarrollo e implantación de procesos de mejora continua.
- Mantener la motivación del equipo.
- Organización y participación en las reuniones de seguimiento del desempeño de Contact Center con Project Manager.
- Participación en los procesos de selección.
- Formación de nuevas incorporaciones.
- Control de calidad de llamadas, chats y otros canales.

**Te buscamos a ti si**:

- Tienes amplio conocimiento y experiência del sector de atención al cliente.
- Experiência en Outbound sales, ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocios.
- Experiência en el sector, liderando equipos multilingües, con operaciones para distintos mercados.
- Habilidad en el trato con clientes.
- Habilidad para dirigir personas.
- Habilidad para la toma de decisiones.
- Habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para persuadir.
- Imprescindible dominio del idioma **inglés (mínimo B2)** y español.
- Experiência en el uso de diferentes sistemas CRM.
