Join our Operational Efficiency & Automation as an Implementation Executive and be one of the key players in the implementation of new processes and systems within Operations and Delivery area.
This role is a hybrid of technical implementation and entry level project management, as well as troubleshooting. You will collaborate with various teams across the company such as processes definition and design teams, product and technology (engineering) teams to perform every rollout, as well as to support end user requests and help to optimize and improve usage of our systems.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Support and monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives in operations and delivery area
- Support the communication and training on new/changed processes and systems.
- Provide assistance to end users in systems and processes, and facilitate troubleshooting
- Be a key point of contact for operations and delivery for all business improvement matters focusing on driving our digital journey
- Address the needs of new functionalities, improvement opportunities and issues with existing processes to the corresponding Business Area

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven knowledge of TUI Musement operating models, products, processes and IT systems
- Confident to work in an international, multicultural environment
- Willingness to deal with change management and leadership
- Willigness to take ownership on assigned tasks and drive them independently
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and used working in a busy operational environment
- High level of digital literacy and with the ability to learn new systems
- Willigness to learn, grow and drive your career while Spreading smiles across the globe
- Ability to be a team player and collaborate efficiently in a virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (other languages are very well evaluated)
- Ability to travel
