Join our TUI Musement Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Executive for our Technology function to help us provide the best talent across our Digital Product and IT business function.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
Along with the Talent Tech Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will seek to find best solutions to attract the best tech talent into our organization.
Build and execute end-to-end targeted recruitment campaigns as we either transform or acquire and rapidly grow our leading online trips & activity business.
Support the Talent Tech Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment projects including the implementation of digital tools to improve the overall recruitment experience.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in international sourcing from search execution to successful pitch in the Digital and Tech space.
- Sound experience either as a Tech sourcer or inhouse recruiter. Agency profiles will also be considered.
- Knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searching and additional sourcing software/tools.
Technically savvy as well as organized and methodical in the execution.
- Creative profile with digital mind set.
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Spanish or Italian would be a valuable asset.
