**Sobre el rol**

Estamos buscando un Solution Consultant para unirse a nuestro nuevo equipo de Soluciones. Como miembro del equipo, trabajarás con los equipos de Sales y Customer Success como experto en producto y soluciones financieras para aumentar el valor añadido en nuestros clientes e impulsar la facturación global. En esta función, serás responsable de comprender las necesidades de nuestros clientes potenciales y ofrecer demostraciones en vivo personalizadas. Los Solution Consultants necesitan obtener una comprensión profunda de todos los aspectos de la plataforma Payhawk para que puedan adaptar las capacidades de la herramienta a varios casos de uso. También necesitan disponer de una comprensión sólida de conocimientos contables y financieros, así como recoger y proporcionar feedback de los clientes al equipo de producto para impulsar el desarrollo de la solución.

**Responsabilidades**
- Participar en el desarrollo de las funcionalidades actuales y futuras, en la experiência de usuario y en la aplicación práctica de todas nuestras propuestas de valor.
- Realizar demostraciones personalizadas de Payhawk en vivo. Incluyendo demostraciones de integraciones, flujos de trabajo y otros casos de uso complejos recurrentes en los departamentos financieros.
- Diseñar, validar y documentar configuraciones de producto y estrategias de implementación para compartir con clientes potenciales.
- Ser la persona referente en España en materia de contabilidad, finanzas y/o sistemas contables.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas español para aportar gran valor en reuniones con clientes y formaciones en internas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing español para asistir a eventos fintech y ayudar a las revisiones de contenido en materia financiera.
- Recopilar y analizar el feedback de clientes y prospectos, y comunicarlos a los diferentes departamentos internos para impulsar el desarrollo de la solución Payhawk.

**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en roles relacionados con la implementación de ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
- Preferiblemente cualificación profesional en contabilidad (ACA/ACCA/CIMA u otras).
- Experiência previa en procesos de preventa y/o implementación de soluciones tecnológicas/financieras.
- Experiência tratando conceptos contables técnicos con clientes e interlocutores de diferentes departamentos.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, servicio al cliente y habilidades interpersonales.
- Gran habilidad para construir relaciones con clientes potenciales, comprender su entorno e introducir nuevos conceptos para resolver problemas.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades al mismo tiempo.
- Comodidad trabajando en un entorno cambiante y acelerado.
- Pasión por la resolución de problemas.
