LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Palencia. This company is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.
Nuestro cliente es una empresa dedicada a la producción de cableado/ sistemas eléctricos para el sector de la automoción, el 50% de los vehículos llevan alguno de sus productos, con más de 300.000 trabajadores en el mundo.
Su producto tiene un alto valor de materia prima y de mano de obra, debido a esto se fabrica principalmente en países fuera de la unión europea ( Marruecos, Turquía, Túnez, Egipto.) y la estrategia es traer a Europa la mercancía, en concreto a Palencia donde acaban de abrir un centro logístico de 13.000 m2 y desde aquí se distribuye a sus clientes europeos.
**TASK**:
Contribute operations information and recommendations to Supply Chain strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends..
Work closely with the logistics supervisors to perform analysis of our inventory, obsoletes.. and follow up KPI
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Operations Manager BU
**Team in charge, managing two sections**:
- Customer service team: Two supervisors
- Technical office team: 2 people
This BU is currently working for the following factories Renault&Nissan:
Renault Oyak, Carrocerías, Dacia, AILN, Renault Palencia, Nissan Sunderland, Novomesto, etcQualifications
2+ years of experience in a similar role
5+ years of experience in Supply chain management
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
