Amazon Freight is growing at triple digit rates as we scale this new product across Europe and we are hiring a Marketing Manager to support our B2B Marketing Channel strategy across Media and Partnerships. Come join the team and help us make history
Key job responsibilities
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Media Agency management (indirect reporting of a team supporting you) to maximize impact of our campaigns in terms of audience reach, quality, and conversion.
- Improve lead quality by identifying and optimizing new traffic drivers from other partners' sites.
- Own key product features for our 2022 roadmap.
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Media Agency management (indirect reporting of a team supporting you) to maximize impact of our campaigns in terms of audience reach, quality, and conversion.
- Attribution through marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo) to improve traffic/customer tracking
- Ideate new customer segmentation model and campaigns improving lead quality
- Own key product features for our 2024 roadmap.
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.
A day in the life
You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign strategy and execution on Google and LinkedIn platforms (Paid Search, GDN, Ads, Imail), in order to achieve key leads and launches acquisition goals. These are representing key channels (with over 20% of new shippers coming from these channels. You will also be in charge of delivering key products and dashboards for reporting, as pixel tracking and reftagging mapping, in order to excel our customer and revenue attribution (CPL, CPA and ROI). You will also be contributing to content strrategy across different customer cochorts, with the support of a media agency (3 external HC supporting the role) testing and driving more engagement of top customer profiles.
