En Packfeeder como parte de Rotzinger Group (Multinacional Industrial Suiza) nos dedicamos al diseño, la fabricación y la comercialización de nuestra maquinaria de posicionado de envases mecánico y robótico con patente mundial.
Ofrecemos un plan de formación como “Graduate Program” en el que se rotará por diferentes departamentos de la empresa, desde el departamento de ingeniería mecánica, donde se aprenderán los detalles técnicos de nuestros equipos y los procesos de fabricación de maquinaria, departamento de Project Manager donde se aprenderá cómo funciona la gestión de proyectos multilaterales e internacionales, acabando en el departamento de Sales & Marketing como International Area Manager.
Se necesita disposición para viajar por todo el mundo, incrementándose paulatinamente la frecuencia de los viajes gradualmente hasta un 30-40% del tiempo, visitando clientes, asistiendo a ferias internacionales del sector y colaborando en tareas de desarrollo de producto, además de las tareas conjuntas con los equipos de ingeniería, producción, automatización, operaciones, customer service y sales.

Remuneración atractiva con salario base + variables.

REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES
Alta capacidad comunicativa.
Disponibilidad para viajar
Inglés nível alto imprescindible. Francés y/o alemán valorables.
Buenos conocimientos de ofimática.
Facilidad para el aprendizaje y perfil multipotencial.
