**Your mission**

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our vibrant, fast paced Global Learning Team as a Learning Coordinator. If you like the responsibility of supporting people to grow, this could be the role for you.

As a Learning Coordinator within The Workshop, you will be responsible for the coordination and support of learning programs and managing the brand new online LXP, when it is up and running. Our people are our greatest asset, so it is crucial that our Learning team are on hand to work closely with business Leaders and key stakeholders across all departments to promote a positive, and proactive learning culture.

In addition to our own learning solutions, you’ll be engaging with external providers to source training materials and courses in line with our learning strategy.

You will also have the opportunity to partner with the People team and various stakeholders throughout the business, acting as a key contact for Learning.

**What you'll do**
- Effectively and efficiently plan and schedule the delivery of the Learning team’s training activities.
- Manage attendees, ensuring all participants have key material and information to attend training sessions.
- Supervise and own end to end the LXP system, ensuring the platform is maintained with accurate and current data, relevant and up to date content and provide comprehensive reports to the business.
- Manage all external training requests and work closely with our learning vendor to arrange them.
- Manage company wide learning events (Learning Labs and Geek Talks) with relevant teams and presenters.
- Work at pace to support our colleagues’ development including those who are new to a role, experienced and our current and future leaders.

**What you'll bring**
- Creative, friendly and engaging, with lots of drive and initiative.
- Experience in an administrative learning role.
- Strong excel and data skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Has an engaging communication style and is able to prioritise workloads and escalate queries to other members of the team in an efficient manner.
- As the role requires supporting all of our colleagues, agility is needed to co-ordinate solutions with the Learning team.

**Additional considered skills (non-compulsory)**
- Experience with LMS/LXP and other learning tools is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a L&D Team.
