**Who we are**
The Workshop is a tech company that develops intuitive software for the online gaming industry. Our motto is to move “Fearlessly Forward” together. Cooperative innovation is at the center of everything we do - from our games, new products and technologies, to how we collaborate and share inspiration with one another.
**Your mission**
We are looking for an experienced Content Coordinator who is a native English-speaker to join our Marketing Team in our Malaga office.
Reporting to the Content Editor, you will support the marketing team in all aspects related to content, from assisting with the planning of content marketing campaigns and calendars, to crafting original website articles and blog posts, newsletters, PR releases, presentation content, landing page content and marketing promotional content. You will work closely with the Marketing, Design, Commercial and Product teams to ensure all practices are aligned and standards are always high.
Ultimately, you will be tasked with producing and managing high quality content that is data driven, speaks to our multi brand audiences and boosts engagement across multiple channels.
**What you'll do**
- Work closely with your peers in the Marketing, Design, Commercial and Product teams to ensure content is created at high quality, is SEO optimised, speaks to our target audience and boosts our customer and player engagement.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of new and updated content.
- Write news articles, blog posts and marketing copy for our brand websites that promote our products and services. Work with the Product Operations team to ensure timely publication and content management.
- Craft PR releases, game release communications, landing page copy and other marketing promotion content.
- Leverage internal and external networks as well as use online resources to generate new content ideas.
- Conduct competitor research in target markets and feedback learnings to relevant business stakeholders with a view to implementing positive changes.
- Upload materials to websites, online libraries, and marketing department databases, as required.
**What you'll bring**
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience working within a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment and with a relevant marketing qualification e.g. BSc in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.
- Experience working in the online casino industry is highly desired.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external partners.
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude not afraid to take individual accountability.
- Assertive, confident, detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects often to tight deadlines.
- Excellent writing skills in English with the ability to write for different audiences and mediums (short and long-form) and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in digital publishing using a CMS (e.g. WordPress).
**What's in for you**
- Inspiring and fulfilling work at the innovative, value-driven global company that uses cutting-edge tech.
- Global work experience in agile methodology.
- International, friendly and inclusive multicultural environment (over 35 nationalities that speak altogether almost 30 languages).
- Attractive salary and flexible benefits package (incl. medical insurance for you and your family, life insurance, free language classes).
- Playful, accessible office in the Technology Park of Málaga with a free, private bus connection from the city centre and a range of workplace perks.
- Flexible working hours, well-being programs, learning and growth opportunities every day.
- Relocation package for you and your family including soft-landing package services to help you settle down in Spain (if you are moving from a different city/country).
- Flexibility of working from home or in the office to stay both safe and collaborative.
- Team building events, Learning Labs, Hackathons, Designathons, and even Referathons
- Opportunity to shape the tech community inside and outside of The Workshop, mentoring and sharing knowledge with others.
- Six weeks’ paid leave for every four years of service.
