- 1. Build contacts with targeted and strategic brand/retailer/reseller from the leads pool of electronic/fashion/health&beauty/GM/GCMB/Retail category and present the new business opportunities in Miravia, understanding their main pain points and offering digital solutions to help them grow in our e-commerce platform. 2. Provide End2End onboarding support during top brands/retailers/resellers onboarding process in Miravia to reach electronic/fashion/health&beauty/GM/GCMB/Retail category top assortment planning. 3. Closely collaborate with cross-functional team (category, product, ecosystem, compliance, etc) to ensure a smooth and fast KA seller onboarding 4. Maintain an updated database and enhance customer relationships. 5. Develop and maintain an updated SOP from leads to seller onboarded. 6. Prepare business reviews regarding project progress and challenges and create an efficient governance to enhance business progress visibility
**Position Requirement**
- 1. 3-5 years working experience in sales operations, business development and strategic marketing. 2. 2+ years Spanish e-commerce related working experience; familiar with brand companies' online and offline channels and business models, familiar with e-commerce platform operations. 3. Rich business negotiation experience, excellent communication skills and team player. 4. Strong logical thinking ability; systematic operation ability and innovation awareness. 5. Have data analysis and mining capabilities, good at finding problems and offering solutions. 6. Have good project management ability, good at integrating resources, and have excellent organizational and cross teams coordination skills. 7. Have good business development skills to be able to hunt new partners to enlarge the Company Ecosystem. 8. Fluency in at least English and Spanish. Other languages are also highly appreciated
