**About the job**
We are looking for an **Inside Sales Manager** that will assume responsibility for leading a team of four to five Inside Sales Reps in the EMEA market, with the opportunity to grow the team to new heights. The teams are responsible for managing the new business portfolio of IT Software Vendors, targeting no particular verticals or size of an enterprise. As an ISM you will be expected to run an operationally efficient team, manage performance, and mentor team members to achieve both personal and team sales goals of half a million per year.
We offer **€85,000 OTE **(€60,000 basic + €5,000 MBO + €20,000 **uncapped** commissions).
**As a successful Sales Manager you will be required to**:
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to help them reach their potential; grow top performers to the field
- Manage pipeline and track key performance indicators to exceed goals
- Provide consistent feedback and performance management against quota to team members
- Evaluate past performance and forecast future business to senior leadership and external partners
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management, and team collaboration
- Maximize performance, conversion rates, working smarter, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue
- Own the throughput of your teams' efficiency and output working through pipeline management.
Help your team to work with a virtual team to build direct relationships with end-user organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory by:
- Increase customer retention rate
- Increase brand/Market Share
- Increase awareness of Solutions and Vision within partner community
- Hunger and ability to generate new business
- Develop accounts that will bring incremental revenue
- Develop partners that will bring additional revenue
- Increase coverage of focus segments in local market
**Experience and Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, sales, or other relevant industry
- Sales management experience, leading a team made up of individual contributors would be preferred
- Demonstrable experience in succeeding in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
- Track record of driving sales performance
- Experienced in ‘Managing by the numbers with a consistent track record of exceeding daily/weekly activities
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Customer-first mentality and approach
- Experience in sales forecasting is highly desirable
- Consistent record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor
- Deep knowledge of automation platforms and CRM, specifically Salesforce
