Are you passionate and influential expert in contributing to the development of the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and action plan?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Diversity and Inclusion Communication Specialist to join the Diversity and Inclusion team. Reporting to the Global Head of D&I you will produce high-quality content and oversee all internal and external Diversity and Inclusion communications building brand recognition and ensuring its message is consistent and engaging to promote a more inclusive work environment where all of our colleagues can be their best self and have equal opportunity. You will work closely with senior business leaders across the globe as well as a wide range of stakeholders.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Develop internal and external communications activities and tactics in support of the company’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives- Promote and develop communication plans to enhance employee understanding on inclusion issues, working closely with the Communication Department- Develop and implement the D&I visual identity and brand. Manage the dissemination of best practices for key D&I initiatives and stay abreast of industry trends- Create and implement D&I materials to promote our diversity and inclusion programs for internal and external publics- Plan and manage the design and content of the Diversity site on the Intranet and Website- Partner with HR, Corporate Communications and Business Partners to operationalize, communicate and promote our efforts in the internal communication channels and on social media

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for- Excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills- Highly flexible, collaborative, and able to influence without authority while also being able to work with significant autonomy- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field- Confident and engaging presentation skills, both face to face and over video conference call, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders- Competent experience creating targeted content is advantageous- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
