We are a digital-driven global aftermarket service company for branded customers, support services in more than 70 countries, including more than 5,000 service points.
TASKS:
- Responsible for the daily operation and communication of service providers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, and deal with the abnormal cases;
- Responsible for communicating with service providers to implement stocktaking, clarify discrepancy and inventory adjustment
- Check WOs data among 3 systems to make all WOs data align among 3 systems.
- Organize and schedule daily or weekly meeting with customer, collect the feedback from customer and solve customer complaint.
- Check the monthly bill with the service provider, and follow up the payment to be proceed within the payment term;
- Arrange defective parts return, good parts call back & solve abnormal SO;
- Responsible for department KPI;
- Able to provide suggestions to improve the work process and customer satisfaction;9. Finish the tasks properly, which assigned by team leader.
REQUIEMENTS
- Good Communication Skill; Out of box thinking; Logical thinking ability; Can-do attitude; Work independently
- Being patient and keeping an eye on details are extremely important
- With over 1 year working experience for customer after sales area;
- Proficient English at least with C1 level; fluently Chinese speaking would be preferred;
- Know well with Microsoft Office, good at excel, familiar with query or power BI preferred;
