**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**
As **Customer Service Representative **in our team, you will:
- Take incoming customer, boutiques and shops calls and solve users’ demands
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
**We’ll be a great match if you**:
- Are native or proficient in English and Russian
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
- Are able to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Have very good communication skills
- Are able to work in a team
- Have a logical approach to problem solving.
