Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving sales success? Western Union is on the lookout for a Sr. Territory Sales Manager to steer a team of 20 dynamic TSEs and Sr. TSEs. In this role, you'll take charge of the team's performance across Spain.

Your mission? To inspire, guide, and elevate your team to soar beyond sales targets. By fostering a culture of motivation and mentorship, you'll empower each member to reach new heights.

You'll also cultivate enduring relationships with our agents, ensuring a robust network across your assigned territory. Plus, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, executing our strategic plans on the ground.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of 20 TSEs and Sr. TSEs to drive sales results in Spain.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with Company agents in the assigned territory.
- Ensure the execution of operational plans within the territory to achieve strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering stable and profitable growth for the Company.
- Execute plans effectively to drive sustainable growth and success.
