we are looking for a Technical Engineer Pre Sales who is looking to grow and contribute their knowledge within a practical team You will be passionate about the product and you will be anxious to have an impact by supporting all aspects. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow and contribute in an experienced team and at the same time have the autonomy to contribute your creativity to solve the challenges of our products

Your responsabilities
- Provide technical responses to customers
- Maintain the centricity on Customers
- Maintain internal support's KPI's Skills and experience
- Working with product engineers and Technical Solutions Engineers to test products and improve their behavior, as well as helping building proper documentation for those
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in Customer Support Service
- Experience in Analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in Amazon SQS
- Spoken and written Spanish
It would be great if you..
- 1 year of experience in a SaaS Support team our Customer Success
- Some experience working with Support tools like Zendesk or Jira
- Some basic programming concepts on Javascript
- Good understanding of software testing processes and techniques.
