**Qual será a tua missão?**

Na tua missão como Trading Manager para Portugal, a tua responsabilidade será de garantir uma experiência de compra única para os clientes portugueses, assegurando de que temos a gama adequada ao preço adequado

**A tua função**:
1. Definir e desenvolver as categorias específicas para Portugal, assim como o crescimento a médio prazo (3 anos) bem como a margen das mesmas.

2. Serás responsável por criar as condições necessárias para manter uma posição de liderança em preços de mercado.

3. Promover a rentabilidade da área, e o bom desempenho das categorias, incluindo o bom desempenho dos fornencedores.

4. Serás responsável por adquirir gamas específicas para o mercado português e a implementação de políticas para fornecedores.

5. Analisar o mercado e a concorrência.

6. Analisar os resultados económicos e definir planos de acção.

7. Coordenares junto com outros departamentos a implementação das novas gamas.

**O que te fará triunfar na Brico Depôt?**
- Experiência em projetos de retail no mercado português.
- Demonstrar habilidades de liderança, persuação, negociação e habilidades interpessoais.
- Destacarte pelas tuas habilidades de comunicação e apresentação.
- Conhecer o sector de retail, especialmente relacionado com produtos de bricolage e construção.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e definição KPIs.
- Falar português e inglês fluentemente. Será valorizado um nível intermédio de espanhol.
- Conclusão dos teus projetos em prazos definidos e com sucesso.
- Alcançar os objetivos do projeto e indicadores de desempenho.
- Manter uma boa comunicação com todas as partes interessadas.
- Gerir eficazmente o orçamento e os recursos do projeto.
