As an Accountant in the One Front Office in Madrid, you are part of the Global Delivery organization, in itself part of the Global Business Operations organization. The Global Delivery organization is driving and delivering global efficient and harmonized processes in PTP, OTC and GAR accounting area. The One Front Office works with the global OTC and PTP judgment-based activities.

The different teams in the Global Business Operations are responsible for reporting and analyzing the actuals as well as reporting, consolidating and analyzing forecasts and Business Plans for all financial information including profit, cash flow, balance sheet, investments and cost control. The processes for this are developed in close cooperation with the Business controllers in the functions as well as with the Group Finance function.

The Global Business Operations is part of a global team that drives business performance in order to realize the objectives set out in Volvo Car Group’s Corporate Strategy. In cooperation with colleagues in other business units worldwide, One Finance provides financial expertise, business controlling and guidance.

The One Front Office is now looking for an **OTC Accountant **to support Polestar activities. Are you interested? In this role, you will be reporting to the OTC One Front Office Manager.

**What you'll do**
- Perform issue resolution of inquires relating to in-scope OTC processes such as (but not limited to):

- Customer master data process
- Processing of invoices, deductions, returns and discounts
- Application and allocation of incoming payments
- Analysis of overdue invoices
- Management of customer inquiries & reclamations
- OTC closing activities
- Follow-up inquires and perform timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and effective working environments with all the departments across the OTC business
- Create desktop procedures and ensure their continuous alignment with current processes
- Leading implementation of process changes and improvements initiatives in area of responsibility
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present them to local stakeholders

**Who are you**:

- University degree in Finance or equivalent
- Around 1-3 years of experience in Finance, preferably Order to Cash/Accounts Receivables
- Intermediate Excel skills
- SAP and/or Workday knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is a plus
- Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mind set.
- Service minded, proactive and curious mind-set
- Experience in proposing/participating in process improvement initiatives
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- High integrity
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to keep deadlines
