Buscamos un/a Team Leader Customer Service para nuestras oficinas de Cataluña, que tenga pasión por la atención al cliente y buenos dotes de liderazgo.

**El proyecto**: Tu misión será dar un excelente servicio al cliente y desarrollar al equipo.

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a conseguir nuestra misión?
- Dar soporte de atención al cliente a nuestros proveedores, usuarios y personal interno.
- Back office: Gestión de pedidos, incidencias, gestión de devoluciones, entre otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto.
- Implementar mejoras continua de procesos, buscamos ser más eficiente, más productivos y tener servicio de atención al cliente excelente.
- Sacar conclusiones mediante data tangible, utilizando Excel, SAP, BI
- Liderazgo: es fundamental que tenga la capacidad de involucrar a todo el equipo en la transformación que se quiere lograr para ofrecer la mejor experiência al cliente.
- Capacidad para desarrollar al equipo y transformar el departamento a otro nível (imprescindible).
- Seguir implementado formas de mejorar el rendimiento, la eficiencia y la eficacia del equipo en función de las métricas y la retroalimentación de los clientes.
- Proporcionar información valiosa a los departamentos transversales y de ventas, para hacer crecer la organización y retener clientes.
- Excel imprescindible, valorable SAP.

- Tener espíritu emprendedor y ser un/a apasionado/a de los nuevos retos.
- Formación en ADE, Marketing o similar.
- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente con al menos 2 años en un rol de liderazgo o supervisión con proyectos demostrables.
- Inglés B2/C1
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales.
- Aptitudes para analizar datos y métricas de servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo (imprescindible).
- Que te guste trabajar en equipo y compartir tus conocimientos sin miedo a equivocarte.
