**Position**:
NetApp Services Sales Representative

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals (service companies, editors and integrators) with global technological solutions associated with training and service offerings, in 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software and cloud solutions.

As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a:
**NetApp Services Sales Representative in UK**

A

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users and partners, including regular account management and customer visits
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Understanding end user needs on maintaining continuous operation of NetApp environments and recommending solutions that meet those needs
- Presenting the company's offerings to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and support to provide a high-quality customer experience
- Negotiating and closing contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

**What we need**:

- At least 5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on data storage or managed services; a hunting profile and pro-activity to visit partners, end-users and vendor (NetApp)
- Good knowledge of NetApp's or similar brand products and services, including data storage and data management solutions
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
- Ability to travel as required to attend customer visits, trade shows and events (**a full UK driving license is a must**)
- Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Really good proficiency in English.
