**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. DEVELOPMENT OF INDIRECT CHANNEL STRATEGY.
- Development of the IC Marketing Plan / aligned with the Franchise Lead / BU's.
- Action Plan / Planning of activities coordinated with the BU's Marketing Departments.
- Communication plan with all departments. Inefficiencies Project: Development of Channel Communication.
- Development of the Strategic Business Plan MKt. Annual /Annual.

2. SPINE MKT ( 50% TIME CONSUMING MKT HC)
- Support for all SC / CS Planning requirements of SPINE for Cardiva.
- Cignon, Forecast, Capex monitoring, high/low, forecasts, Recalls, NPI forecasts, Product doubts.

3 - DATA ANALYSIS
- Development of Dasboard Maintenance / internal KPI.
- Preparation of the Business Plan

4. PLANNING AND CONTROL OF THE A&P.
- Internal
- Integration/collaboration with all DPTS of MKT in its strategy /Technical sheets update/ Tenders information.

6. FOL Analysis

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Marketing or similar area.
- 1-3 years of work experience within marketing in healthcare industry is preferred and indirect channel.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Passionate, Purpose Driven and Proactive
- Advance-level computer skills, and the ability to multitask without the direct oversight of manager required.
- Analytical thinking and Results driven. Steadfastly pushes self for results
- High-level of Spanish and English language
