El Purchasing Partner pivota entre la función de gestor de la división y la función de comprador, responsabilizándose principalmente de las siguientes tareas:
a) Gestor de la división asignada ("engagement"):
- Relación con SH interno:
- Conociendo los Stakeholders que son motores de activación y conociendo sus necesidades.
- Liderando reuniones con el objetivo de entender y planificar acciones/iniciativas a desarrollar con la colaboración del SH.
- El Purchasing Partner asesora y reivindica el cumplimiento y respeto de las políticas y normativas de Compras.
- Participando en ciclos comerciales y reuniones donde conocer los planes estratégicos de la división que le ha sido asignada.
- Obtención de visibilidad de proyectos:
? Creación timeline /roadmap de proyectos a realizar a lo largo del año.
? Priorizando proyectos a los que debemos liderar/ dar soporte.
- Ser cara visible de compras dentro de la división
- Relación con el proveedor validado:
- El Purchasing Partner debe conocer al proveedor aprobado en cada segmento y mantener contacto para poder llevar a cabo sus tareas de Multiple Quotation.
- El Purchasing Partner debe ser, junto al Sourcing Manager la cara visible del proveedor aprobado por compras una vez se ha iniciado la relación comercial.
- El Purchasing Partner debe asegurar que el proveedor aprobado lo tiene como su nexo en compras para el día a día, y más concretamente, que lo ubica en la división que tiene asignada.
- El Purchasing Partner hace de nexo con el implant del proveedor en el caso que lo haya.
- El Purchasing Partner realiza, en colaboración con el Sourcing Manager, las Business Review con los proveedores, al ser el punto de contacto de la división, con el proveedor y viceversa. Es quien tiene feedback del negocio sobre si el proveedor funciona correctamente en el día a día. Sourcing lidera y Purchasing Partner colabora.
b) Comprador/Project Management:
- Para los proyectos de alto importe (+100K€), el Purchasing Partner se responsabiliza de liderar las Multiple Quotations con proveedores aprobados previamente por Compras y su posterior valoración junto con los stakeholders principaes, alineando la recomendación para la posterior toma de decisión.
- Para los proyectos de importe medio, el Purchasing Partner recomienda al negocio qué proveedores validados tienen a su disposición. Asimismo, recomienda dando soporte al negocio de cómo actuar en el proceso de selección del proveedor para cumplir con la normativa.
Además, dentro de la parte de tareas "buyer" el Purchasing Partner se responsabiliza de:
- Gestionar contrato dentro del contrato marco del proyecto llevado por el P.Partner en caso que sea necesario.
