POSITION
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will be responsible to drive global, strategic projects and business insights. This role will collaborate closely with relevant key stakeholders and partners, including Executive team, to ensure timely execution and completion.
This position will be based in our HQ in Madrid.
**Your role will be**:
- Drive content, ensuring alignment on key strategic actions (from product launches, to retail / omnichannel project development)
- Prepare and input into key strategic documents, supporting other teams, where relevant
- Promote & support project management mode with internal stakeholders (mainly N-1 of Executive team)
- Run selected, strategic projects, including project management, structuring and driving content as well as stakeholder management
- Mentor, share tips, techniques and templates, working closely with team members to provide insights on strategic initiatives
- Evaluate & improve the tools and processes used to manage projects
- Translate market trends, global corporate priorities & company performance into useful findings as inputs into strategic priorities
- Partner with other teams to identify business opportunities/ issues and adapt strategic priorities/ plans
PROFILE
**What is important for the role**:
- At least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or a Strategic role in Fashion industry
- Experience in Luxury Fashion a strong plus
- Excellent relationship management skills with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in a multi-cultural organization
- Able to collaborate with different functions and teams in a multicultural environment to achieve common goals, with understanding of different leadership / cultural styles
- Clear and top down communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to structure and draw insights from multiple and complex sources
- Proficient in English
