We’re an exceptional team with backgrounds in technology, innovation management, and entrepreneurship - growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking an **Intern or PreMaster Open Innovation Service Consultant **to complement our growing EMEA innovation team**.**

The **Open Innovation Consultant Intern** will help understand our clients' innovation needs, translate them into tech challenges, develop ideation workshops and proof of concepts and support different consulting projects facing the needs of our partners. Together with the team for open innovation consulting, the role will support developing and setting up innovation services in the EMEA region.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You will work on various tasks of the strategy and management consultants within the scope of challenging consulting projects.
- Support in defining and successfully implementing our partner’s open innovation strategy and processes.
- You support the development and visualization of projects and the preparation of result presentations for the customer.
- Support in organizing and coordinating innovation consulting activities e.g. strategy and ideation workshops or corporate education sessions.
- You conduct project-related research and market analyses of different industries within the scope of challenging consulting projects.
- You support the project teams in preparing and following up on customer workshops, internal and external projects, and the generation of reusable tools/methods.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
- You will work with Salesforce, Confluence, etc. and:

- You will open up promising entry opportunities after your studies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- You are an enrolled student (M/F/x) and can demonstrate above-average academic performance, ideally with a focus on business, technology, IT, or innovation.
- You have already gained initial practical experience in the areas of top management consulting, corporate innovation, product development, programming, or digital marketing.
- Interest in corporate processes, technology implementation, and/or innovation project management.
- Ideally familiar with innovation processes (ideation, design thinking, innovation project management, etc.).
- Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial character, strong self-drive, results-oriented, and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Positive and growth mindset, energetic, a good listener, an analytical character, and a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel.
