**Vayamos al grano** Intentaré resumirte en 2 puntos **nuestro ADN**:
- Nos encanta el voluntariado, pero preferimos **ser activistas del cambio**.** ¿Cómo? Poniendo nuestro foco en jóvenes que están en riesgo de exclusión social o luchando contra el cambio climático con acciones como la reforestación de bosques en Madrid y en el Parque de Doñana. Solo en lo que va de año, hemos hecho más de 13000 horas de voluntariado.
- En Zurich, lo decimos alto y claro: estamos orgullosos de nuestros colores y creemos que un equipo diverso marca la diferencia. Aquí no hablamos de discapacidad, hablamos de habilidad. **Que puedas ser tú mismo/a es nuestra prioridad**, sin armarios que se interpongan entre nosotros y sin techos de cristal. Formarás parte del equipo de IT User Care, un departamento encargado de mejorar la experiência de los empleados de Zurich mediante el uso de la tecnología. Algunas de las tareas donde te pediremos que nos eches una mano:
- Brindar soporte técnico a los usuarios en temas de informática, como ofimática, sistemas operativos Windows, Microsoft Teams y configuración de dispositivos (ordenadores, móviles, etc.).
- Desarrollar (o mejorar y mantener los desarrollos existentes) con la plataforma de Power Platform de Microsoft; por ejemplo: automatismos con PowerAutomate, utilidades con PowerApps o páginas web con Sharepoint.
- Preparar noticias, comunicaciones y novedades relacionadas con los servicios de informática, brindando consejos y recomendaciones a los usuarios.
- Contribuir a mejorar la documentación y páginas web del departamento de Zurich IT y enriquecer la base de conocimientos de nuestro Help Desk, mediante la actualización y creación de contenido relevante y útil para los usuarios.
**A estas alturas, te estarás preguntando, ¿Cómo sé si encajo?**
No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.
- Estudiante de ingeniería informática, telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Windows a nível de usuario, Microsoft Office 365 y herramientas de productividad como Microsoft Teams.
- Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a entornos tecnológicos en constante evolución.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español, inglés es un plus
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.
- **Grandes dosis de buenrollismo.** Somos un equipo muy unido. Nos gusta ayudarnos y aprender los unos de los nosotros. Que estés en sintonía con eso será un plus

- Se requiere poder realizar un convenio de colaboración con la Universidad y/o Escuela de Negocios de un mínimo de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión.
- No paramos de crecer y si esto funciona, nos encantaría contar contigo
- Jornada parcial (5h/día de lunes a viernes).
- La ubicación será en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.
- Son prácticas remuneradas de 800€.
