FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Ahora estamos invitando a las solicitudes de un responsable de Sostenibilidad, con una experiência probada en la construcción para dirigir e impulsar estos proyectos.
- Buscamos alcanzar el éxito en este campo y lograr resultados mesurables que nos permitan ser líderes en el sector de la construcción, al mismo tiempo que reducimos costes.
- Será experto en sostenibilidad a la hora de evaluar nuevos proyectos potenciales, garantizando que la sostenibilidad forme parte de nuestros valores fundamentales.
- Buscamos un ingeniero con experiência que haya estado a la vanguardia de la sostenibilidad en la construcción y que pueda demostrar resultados mesurables en su carrera.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Elaborar una hoja de ruta realista para lograr los objetivos de cero carbono.
- Evaluación de opciones para proyectos en términos de oportunidades específicas;
- Desarrollo de políticas y procesos que respalden nuestros objetivos;
- Desarrollar planes de ejecución sostenibles, prácticos y viables para nuestros proyectos y apoyar los objetivos y metas sostenibles de nuestros clientes en materia de biodiversidad, residuos, agua y eficiencia energética;
- Establecer oportunidades para proporcionar financiación para una solución sostenible;
- Evaluar e identificar continuamente nuevas oportunidades estratégicas;
- Desarrollar junto con nuestros clientes y el equipo de ingeniería soluciones sostenibles, con costes aplicables, para nuestros proyectos;
- Asegurarse de que la empresa cumple sus compromisos de reducción de residuos;
- Supervisar el cumplimiento legal y las mejores prácticas del sector;
- Proponer orientación sobre los últimos avances de organismos, instituciones y líderes de la industria y;
- Apoyar y recibir instrucciones del Director de Ingeniería del Grupo.

REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA
- Imprescindible titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o equivalente.
- Imprescindible experiência mínima de 5 años en diseño y construcción.
- Conocimientos de 3D utilizando las últimas plataformas de software.
- Capacidad para trabajar y educar a los equipos de obra, compras, ingeniería y jefes de departamento para implementar los procesos y doctores que necesitamos para ejecutar la estrategia.
- Interactuar con nuestros clientes, comprender sus estrategias y presentarles nuestro plan de ruta.
- Viajamos con regularidad a los distintos proyectos y ubicaciones de nuestros clientes en Irlanda, Reino Unido y Europa para ejecutar el plan, asistiendo y ayudando a los equipos de obra, a los subcontratistas y al equipo directivo a implantar los procesos y alcanzar los objetivos estables.
- Conocimientos en commissioning
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Capacidad comercial.
- Interesado en ampliar su experiência.

CONTRATO
- Contrato indefinido a tiempo completo (contrato local de Irlanda)
