**The key responsibilities for you as Sustainability Manager include**:
This role is required to implement and drive the agenda of environmental sustainability; ultimately the delivery of mission 2050 together with supporting customers in their sustainability journey:

- Ensure adoption and roll out of DSC and DHL Group requirements
- Ensure compliant to prevailing industry and governmental standards
- Plan, implement & maintain ISO14001 and ISO50001 certifications. Lead relevant certification and/or customer audits
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and educate
- Actively support our customers in the journey to achieving their corporate sustainability goals
- Delivery of CO2e reporting and reduction in line with target
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
- Providing expertise in the area of environmental sustainability
- Defining, assessing, and developing strategic projects for deployment across the DSC businesses
- Set up metrics and reporting structure to identify and support the sustainability targets

**Requirements for the Job**

English Skills Fluent

Diploma/ Certificate in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding

Experience in multi modal transport operations (Courier, Road, Air & Sea), freight forwarding

Customer relationship management skills - Senior Account Management experience Demonstrable record of service improvement through innovation

Experience in multi modal transport operations (Courier, Road, Air & Sea), freight forwarding

Be passionate about sustainability

Strong understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices

Fast and independent learner in a fast paced, fast changing environment

Digitally capable and keen to learn on methods to leverage technology for sustainability purposes

The ability to build strong working relationships to ensure buy in and alignment is achieved

To be engaging, understand customer requirements, be a great communicator at all levels both written and verbal

Expereience with sustainability reporting and disclosure frameworks, such as GRI and CDP
