UL is currently seeking a
**Customer Success Intern** to support UL’s renewables to promote and enable adoption and implementation of UL renewables digital portfolio.

This position will be located in UL’s Barcelona office.

What you’ll learn & achieve:

- Uses knowledge and relationships from guiding post-sales implementation of UL renewables digital products / services to collaborate with account owner on renewal strategy
- Coordinates post-sale activities to ensure customers are effectively adopting and utilizing software solutions
- Provides admin support with the CRM for renewables and orders bookings
- Encourages upgrades and renewals and connects customer personnel to relevant UL personnel (account managers, Sales Executives/Inside Sales Executives, Solution Architects, delivery teams, etc.) when applicable
- Under supervision, drives toward meeting post-sale and pre-renewal milestones for customer adoption of software
- Attend regular departmental and team meetings; participate as appropriate in regular industry groups such as required.
- Represent company at tradeshows, technical conferences and workshops, and business development meetings, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

What makes you a great fit:

- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Fluent English and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
- Previous experience in customer facing job, ideally with senior and executive-level customer contacts
- Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes Self-starter with ability to schedule and prioritize tasks and commitments;
