The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher. This position will be funded by AGAUR.

ICIQ is looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher to work in the group of Prof. Núria López.

**Responsibilities**
- Performing Density Functional Theory (DFT) simulations along with data analysis
- Delivering presentations in group meetings
- Writing manuscripts, scientific articles, and proposals
- Collaborating with experimentalists and mentoring PhD students

**Requirements**:

- Holding a PhD degree in Chemistry/Physics/Chemical Engineering
- Proven track record in performing theoretical simulations
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong commitment for scientific excellence

**Valued qualities**:

- Coding in python
- Experience in the area of modelling of catalytic systems/Machine Learning/Data Science

**We offer**:

- A full-time 3-year contract.
- Remuneration according to individual’s qualifications/experience.
- Annual salary split in twelve monthly payments.
- Incorporation: December 2023.
