**Global Business Development Manager**

**Sector de infraestructuras civiles, construcción, ferroviario, puentes, túneles.**
**El puesto requiere viajes frecuentes a distintos países, por lo que se requiere disponibilidad para viajar.**

Empresa internacional con oficinas en más de 25 países, una de las empresas líderes en el sector de ingeniería y proyectos en Europa, busca un Global Business Development Manager para unirse a su equipo para el desarrollo de negocio a nível internacional.

**Responsabilidades**:
Trabajando junto a la Dirección General, añade valor a sus actividades de crecimiento, identificando nuevas oportunidades comerciales en el sector de proyectos de ingeniería "infraestructuras civiles, construcción, ferroviario, puentes, túneles", y contribuyendo al alcance de las metas en materia comercial y desarrollo de la empresa.

**Funciones**:

- Gestión y liderazgo de equipos.
- Diseño y concreción de la estrategia comercial de la compañía en colaboración con la Dirección General, así como la planificación de las acciones comerciales a seguir para alcanzar los objetivos marcados.
- Definición de los objetivos de venta y supervisión de su alcance.
- Participación en negociaciones de índole comercial.
- Gestión y elaboración de los presupuestos comerciales.
- Establecimiento de la política de remuneración variable del área de su responsabilidad, haciendo un seguimiento de los resultados y optimización de márgenes.
- Colaboración con el Departamento de Marketing en la definición y diseño de planes de marketing operacional.
- Experiência habiendo participado en la estrategia y toma de decisiones de la compañía junto con la Dirección General.

**Qualifications**:

- Formación académica en Ingeniería (Caminos, Industrial, Mecánica, o similar).
- Nível mínimo de inglés de C1, con habilidades de negocios internacionales a nível ejecutivo.
- +7 años de experiência.
- El puesto requiere viajes frecuentes a distintos países de la región asignada, por lo que se requiere disponibilidad para viajar.
- Amplio conocimiento del mercado y la industria (Sector de ingeniería) y amplia red de contactos.
- Experiência en licitaciones públicas y capacidad de gestionar ofertas para ganarlas.
- Proactividad, curiosidad y en constante búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Flexibilidad y capacidad de ajustarse a las necesidades del cliente.
- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería (especificar la disciplina si es relevante). Valorable MBA.
- Experiência consolidada en la gestión de equipos comerciales.
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
