**MISSION: **
Secure in terms of time, cost and quality, station activities that is responsible for o i.e. aircraft inspection, operational surveillances, improvement projects, team development, etc.
Assure that Quality Standards Requirements are fulfilled at station level.
Assure that activities performed by Suppliers and Partners are in accordance with Quality Standard Requirements.
Customer Eyes feedback loop communication at station, including suppliers/partners.
Assure that Quality Inspection Plan is defined and performed in accordance with industrial requests.
Control quality subcontractors working according to Quality Plan.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /RESPONSIBILITIES **
Represent quality at station, in front of internal customers (FAL/FL) and/or supplier (industrial partner) and ensure highly professional customer inspection process and highest customer satisfaction level.
Make sure the Quality System and Airbus D&S standards are fulfilled at station level.
Authorities (DGAM) support for station activities required.
Answer of NCs from audits (internal/external) and authorities assigned to the station on time.
Assure that the operational surveillance planning is performed at station level.
To define Inspection activities at station in accordance with Quality Standard Requirements. Accountable of the Operational Quality Documentation.
To promote standard methodologies inside his/her perimeter; promoting Quality on product and processes. PPS, VSM, Customer Feedback Loop, Kaizen, TIPs, etc...
To manage resources and budget allocated to his / her scope. o Ensure the availability and internal balancing of resources. o Follow up dedicated KPI’s for subcontracted activities.
Develop and maintain a cohesive and engaged Team, taking also care of each individual professional career.
Ensure full integration and engagement of Quality Organization in Operations activities.
Ensure Quality Standards and Customer view is respected during the whole manufacturing process and through the specific milestones
Boost quality improvement and drive the deployment of quality initiatives at station.
Assure the skill matrix of the Q team is in place
**REMARKS & DELIVERABLES**Contributes on the defined QG or station transfer process assuring Q data accuracy and updating properly when needed.Keep updated KPI’s related to NC from authorities. Answer questions from auditors/authorities when required. Including questions from other stations/departments.Contributes on the OES plan defined at Station.Inspection Plan validation.Periodical checks (routine) to secure and/or launched the proper actions to fulfil targets defined at station (OT/OC/OQ).Secure that inspection plan is updated on the right tool (PT, bar chart, etc ).Revise actions from Operational Surveillance in accordance with the agreed planning.Perform development plan yearly with the team including training needs.
- Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality
- Experience in Quality Inspections and Operational Surveillance is a necessary
- Knowledge in prevent FOD and manage Non conformities
- PPS knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
