A400m Retrofit Campaign Preparation

The mission of TAACR-“A400M Retrofit and Internal MRO Programmes” is to perform the necessary activities and program management in order to deliver fully capable and mission ready A400M through reliable and efficient Retrofit and MRO solutions, boosting Customer satisfaction. The added value to the company is obtained through a sustainable business model being an attractive A400M upgrade reference and the performance of on-time, on-cost and on-quality Retrofit and Internal MRO works in the most efficient and effective way possible.

The _A400M Retrofit Campaign Preparation & Industrialization Manager _, will be part of the Integration, Campaign Preparation, Industrialization & Digitalization team of Retrofit Programme. She/he will be responsible to support the functional and programme stakeholders to define and mature all necessary enablers (e.g. Mods, SBs, Material, Tooling, Work Orders, Industrial Setup, contractual coverage) in a multifunctional team setup. This ensures that upon start of a particular retrofit campaign all enablers are fully mature maximizing stability of the industrial event and avoiding risk due to lack of enablers.

This role requires a dynamic, talented (multi-skilled) and experienced employee with strong Project Management knowledge including working with interdisciplinary / cross-functional project teams (MFT) and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes in line with programme and organizational objectives.

**Tasks**:
A400M Retrofit Offers Preparation & Industrialization Manager
- Support the successful preparation of the offers like **CIU, National **Slot, DIRCMs,**
- Coordination of all functional contributors, driving maturity in all retrofit enablers to ensure availability in line with retrofit schedule, cost and quality requirements.
- Ensure and lead the coordination and alignment of scope requests (external/customer and internal) to be embodied in Retrofit, including impact assessment.
- Ensure robust scope management as per TAAR scope management process.
- Ensure available Mods, SBs, Kits, Tooling, Work Orders, Industrial Setup.
- Lead Meetings and prepare Status Reports.
- Resolve Plan Variances and Issues between stakeholders.
- Establish project plan and create & maintain programme directives.
- Monitor preparation milestones.
- Support to EAC, OP evolution.
- Establish acceptance criteria with Customer esp. regarding scope of SOC3.
- Organize Quality Gate Reviews.
- Provide input to overall risk and opportunity management for retrofit.
- Provide input for the Retrofit planning updates.
- Support to Programme Integration and Retrofit Strategy evolution as required.
- Lead and Oversee externally subcontracted work.

**Skills**:
The perfect fit for this position presents the following background:

- Educated to degree level preferably in Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.
- Strong Project or Program Management knowledge / experience.
- Experience in large aerospace programmes, preferably in an international context.
- Experience in working in interdisciplinary project teams.
- Good understanding of Customer requirements, national and international.
- Good understanding of the industrial MRO environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent, negotiation level English skills.
- Spanish, German, French skills would be an advantage.
